PARTICIPATION
CONDITIONS
CLAUSE 1
Exhibitor – Villa Ekip Fuarcýlýk Panayýr Sergi Tanýtým Org. Paz.
Tic.LTD.ÞTÝ. , Participant - Enterprises that have signed this
agreement to attend to the fair between 24-27 October , 2007 .
The agreement is valid when parties accepted all conditions
exactly .
CLAUSE 2
Contribution of participant begins when participation document has
been signed . The denial after signature can not rescue the
participant from contribution .
CLAUSE 3
Exhibitor stipulates to open and create the fair in Mugla
University at the date that had been determined.
CLAUSE 4
Exhibitor concedes exhibition grounds to the participant to
residential plan. Exhibition ground is delivered before 24 hours
to the participant . Measurements and payment conditions had
been denoted on the participation form .
CLAUSE 5
The participant must
get authorization from the exhibitor
for
decoration on leasehold section .
The exhibitor is authorized to control the actions.
CLAUSE 6
The participant can not
exhibit out of rented section . And the participant
can not engage in unfair competition to
affect badly for other participants.
CLAUSE 7
The participant can not
damnify to rented section. The participant
will dispose the
damages that will damage to salon and to the rented section .
The participant can not take out the
goods that exhibited before disposing
the
damages . Taking out the
goods that exhibited must be under written permit
of organization.
CLAUSE 8
At calculating of fair rent will get one m2 as one volume.
Empty section fee 110 YTL / m2 + VAT
With stand – with furnishing section fee 150 YTL / m2 + VAT
CLAUSE 9
MUBIM ( Mugla
Informatics , Communication , Education and The Materials Fair )
in Mugla will be made
advertisement by exhibitor (through the medium of display posters
, local and regional newspapers , radio and TV )
CLAUSE 10
Interior decoration of stands will be made by customer . To provide
staff member to stand that will inform technical and commercial
is between the contributions of the participant . outgoing goods
and ingoing goods are impossible between visiting hours .
CLAUSE 11
The participants can not
dispatch goods, brochure, display poster, catalog, pattern
reference, sound tape, video ,etc. that belong to others. The
participants can not
disquiet with audible presentation and music .And can not
actuate noisy instrument and machine.
CLAUSE 12
If there will be any
problems
rival business oriented between the
firms that
exhibited same products , then the exhibitor is authorized
about inspection and forbidding .
CLAUSE 13
To advertise
ideological and political is forbidden . The exhibitor is
authorized about inspection and forbidding.
CLAUSE 14
The exhibitor is not responsible from real injury and pain and
suffering in consequence of government intermeddling , war,
strike, civil commotion, economic crisis, quarantine, epidemic
disease, broil, natural disaster etc.
CLAUSE 15
If one of reasons on
clause 14
happens before the date of exhibition ; the
exhibitor can hold over the date of exhibition with the
condition to keep a right reserved for the participants.
CLAUSE 16
This
contract is 16 clauses between the participant and the exhibitor
and given under their hands. Marmaris courts is authorized at
the solution of disagreements.
